I am so confused. Now I weigh less than I was and my body fat is 24.9% but I have been eating like crap. I had a nice big bowl of ice cream at like 1030 last night had pizza a few times this weekend. The only thing that makes sense is that at 1800 I am not getting enough calories. I am so so so confused!!!!!I have a referral to see a nutritionist but I would have to drive an hour and a half one way for an hour appt. Doesn't make sense to me and all the online calorie calculators vary by as much as 300 calories!!!
