right.
resetting and starting again

back to calorie counting. the rest up helped get my brain sorted and sorted som stuff out but I'm beginning to be slack again with a few things. need to focus on food for a bit

233.7 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
