A bit better today. No wine last night with dinner, so no snacking afterwards.

Body Water %: 42.5
Muscle Mass Kgs: 46.5
178.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
