Had a Dr appointment today, so weighed in a day early. Another .2 gain.
For real, I'm going to start recording my food now. which you all will comment about the SB I am treating myself to this morning (I get it about once a month). But other than that, I eat pretty well. :-( My running has even improved. sigh
