Mmmm....gonna go grocery shopping and bike ride. I need to get under 200, getting sick of it :D
203.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also I know its a little sad but I can't wait to join the 20's with 25 - 50 lbs to lose group. Feel like its an accomplishment in itself lol.

The scale likes to tease you right around momentous numbers :). You will get there and never look back.

I can relate. Been waiting for my scale to show me 189 for a week now, it's not budging, arrgh!

Just got back! I hadn't gone 22 miles in a long time, but I felt pretty good riding :) I think the weather had something to do with it too, it was slightly muggy but the clouds blocked the sun so we didn't get pelted. I'm going to go for the 190s this week guys, wish me luck!
