It must have been the small amount of wine and chocolate I had last night on top of my RDI for yesterday that caused my weight to go up a bit this morning.
Today I've managed to stay within my RDI, have played golf, and have recorded 14,500 steps on my pedometer.
This should show up tomorrow morning at 8AM with a decrease in weight - hopefully.
