Day 10
Period came today. It is no wonder why I failed my healthy diet and got so emotional last week. LOL! One part of me feels relieved and is happy to blame the culprit i.e. hormone. On the other hand, another part of me tells myself that I shouldn't blame hormone entirely and I should game up.
Today, I snacked reasonably. I even packed my own dinner and tried to seize the self-control tightly at work. I only had one small piece of sponge cake for tea break hehe. I also did squats whenever I went to the toilet lol.
Today a good start for this week, I reckon.
Tonight, I have to stay over my sis's as I have to help her to look after her baby tomorrow. She said that she had prepared food for me. I do not really know how to tell her that I'm on diet and I could't eat too much uh-uh food lol. I'll find a way to tell her anyway.
Alrighty, I go do some exe and sleep.
