Not much down movement for all this resolve, but it's early days yet, and at least my weight isn't going up at present... My scales told me the following at my 8AM weigh-in this morning: Weight Kgs: 81.9 Body Fat %: 42 (down fractionally - yeah!) Body Water %: 40.7 Muscle Mass: 45.1
Lunch out today, and I'll be searching the counter food for a salad, despite this cold weather, or hoping to find a soup.
