Measurements day today! Had an awful week as I've had a stomach bug so no energy to attend any classes but due to the fact my calorie intake was also so low as I could barely eat - I guess it balanced out!
Again so happy with results! Managed to lose more weight than my target goal and in terms of measurements I'm also very pleased 😁😁
Over the course of 6 weeks I've managed to lose 8kg and 12.5inches in total around my body 💪💪 the best non-scale victory had to be fitting into a dress that belonged to my sister 😭😭😭 I've never really been able to share clothes with her even though she's my older sister as I've always been bigger than her
