all u can eat sushi again. i really gotta stop that! Also, late pizza dinner, still feel heavy.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1313 kcal Fat: 58.79g | Prot: 59.51g | Carb: 138.25g.   Breakfast: non dairy creamer, Coffee, Raisin, Date & Walnut Instant Oatmeal. Lunch: 1000 island, olives, chicken, avocado, salad. Dinner: Cotto Salami, Whipped Cream Cheese, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other: Cream Cheese (Low Fat), Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin, pralines and cream candy, yoplait non fat raspberry, banana. more...
