really worried about my hair. always just took it for granted.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Here's food for hair (most of which are diet suitable): •Eat high-quality protein foods. Eggs are a good source as long as you don't have cholesterol problems. •Eat grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. •Make sure your diet is composed of 50 percent fresh fruits and vegetables. •Add sulfur- and silicon-rich foods to diet. Onions, broccoli, fish and sea vegetables are all good sources. •Eat food rich in biotin, such as brewer's yeast, brown rice and soybeans. •Sprinkle ground flaxseed on your cereal. It provides essential fatty acids. •Eat foods high in B vitamins. •Drink tea made from alfalfa, burdock root, dandelion, and yellow dock ------------------ Don't know what your hair problems are, but maybe that will help.
