Was so afraid to weigh myself as I have been off work for the half-term holiday and we've got a short break until the next bootcamp which meant my activity levels and food wasn't as good as it should've been!! I slipped with not recording my food intake, although I did try to stick to my target calories for the day and kept up my 10,000 steps target but snuck in more chocolates this week than I ought to have! So I'm very happy I managed to stay at a consistent weight - back to normality after tomorrow 😅
