38.4% Yesterday I used a friend's recipe and made vodka cream pasta. It was pretty good, not worth the effort necessarily to make it again, but its always fun to experiment. Anyway, after I ate it and thought about all the calories that went into it, I thought uh-oh... By no means did I want to go another day without reaching my mini-goal. So I exercised for two hours: one hour of dancing and one hour of walking. I know some of you exercise two hours in your sleep, but its been a while since I have done that. :) Anyway, crisis averted. Mini-goal achieved! Time to reset my goal.
Coming up on my agenda at some point is the search for new a swimsuit and bras. I might go swimming this weekend at my parent's house and I have a size 16 suit and also a M/L bikini that fits again but doesn't look so hot on me yet. So I'll try the 16 and see if it stays on and works or if I need to go shopping. I don't want to get caught (like I have before) with nothing attractive to wear at the beach. Perhaps that sounds snotty, but I have to look good for the people! ;) I have also been meaning to check my bra size. I don't think I have lost a cup size (since I never gained one) but am surely down in the numbers. That would please me. They say that a large percentage of women are wearing the wrong size bra, and I guess I am fitting as well as those women are in my old ones for now, but having the right size would be good eventually!
My next stop is 160 lbs. Then I am thinking of setting my goal to 155. Its really soon after 160, but a mini-triumph for me because it is the official entrance to "normal" for my height.
