Just another day.
172.3 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im fairly new to this. How do you add a photo to your profile?

Djl - You have to be on a computer or laptop, you can't do it in the app. Take a picture that you want to use (...part of a picture anyway, the site *will* crop it), and get it to the computer you are using (I emailed a selfie to myself from my phone and downloaded it to my docs). Then go to your profile page (the "Hello Djl531" in the upper right), click on Update your Bio button, then look over on the right hand side. Click My Image. Browse to it or drag and drop it and crop it using the movable box on top of the picture. Let me know if you have any issues and I'll try to help.
