when ever I wiegh myself it is never the same. Depending on where I stand on the scale it weighs different and with a 5 lb difference...Now I try to stand in exactly the same place to get an accurate reading very fussy this digital scales....
281.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 81.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know what you mean...I like to say weighing myself is like Wheel of Fortune; those numbers flicker up & down & I'm silently praying for them to stop on the lower number!!!
