Hey everybody, glad to see everyone doing great -
I am having real good success when I eat a limited number of foods and worse when I experiment with too many -
Good foods have been rotisserie chicken, chicken wings, fish baked, shrimp , broccoli, onions, salads with ranch and the fixings , hard boiled eggs, steakburgers, steak, corn, asparagus , whipped cream, almonds, hot chocolate mix, watermelon, strawberries, limited bananas, hamburger, slaw, cabbage, bacon, sausage, peppers, stirfries, soups with no starch, tomato and every variation (salsa, tomato sauce) - I drink coke zero and unsweet tea and realize that the caffiene will get rid of water - I enjoy the flavor and just can't get rid of it - You just can't overdo it for health reasons -
The experimentation can drive me crazy but I really like to try other foods also - I know going back to the good foods will always take me back to where I want to be -
Food is fuel and nothing else - It can taste good but in the end it is nutrition and that's it -
For me , simpler is better and I will have to deal with making the proteins and fruits as many different ways as I can -
