I'm back. Seems, the more I think about losing the weight, the worse I do and the worse I feel.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't be discouraged just try to stay on track with proper food selections and working out at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. Praise yourself for every small accomplishment. And say to yourself daily, "I am losing weight today and everyday."

but is the opposite true then? ie, the less you think about it, the better you feel and the more you lose? sometimes detachment helps a little. I hope it gets easier for you.
