Stalls happen some times, they are bloody irritating particularly if you _know_ you have been 100%. I believe they are because you have fallen into a rut and your body/metabolism has compensated. The only way to start again is to push through it, or shake everything up.
If you are low carbing swap to low protein for a week, if you have been getting your main exercise through walking, go for a swim 2-3 times a week. If I did that for a few weeks I might maintain or gain the first week or so, but I would quickly restart losing.

You are so right about that, it seems whenever I stall all I have to do is do something differently and I start losing again. Thankfully this one only lasted a few days, I've stalled for a month before and it sucks!
