well barely been on this diet and weights just dropping off but I had just gained 15 lbs in a 2 week period so that could have something to do with this .
234.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

it's great that you are losing weight but if you have logged everything you actually eating, then you are not eatin nearly enough...you should never eat less thatn 1,000 calories. The basic "weight loss" diet is at less 1200 calories!!! Other than that, you are doing great and you are a huge inspiration for me....keep up the great work!!
