Hi to everyone - I miss the daily interaction a lot - You have all helped get me to this point lt / Thank you - So busy this week - at my very lowest so far - I wanted to let a lot of folks out there know there is candy cookies and bad stuff everywhere - don't kill yourself over a bad day , a rough patch - relax and don't beat yourselves up / you are always the same person , but you want to change the package - here are some ' good ' sweets that are great for you , cocunut , almond , dark chocolate , berries , banana , and these are the start - apples , watermelon , cantaloupe , melons are all good but also check on carbs because some of these fruits will slow weight loss but you are sufficing you're craving - You are finding ways to 'cheat'' in a good and accepted way - This is a lifestyle , remember, and we all stumble - Parties , get togethers , business environment , joyous or sad occasions , vacations, kids games , sporting and concert events are all things we do daily - Your confidence and long run outlook will guide you 80-90 percent of the time and the rest is the devil made me do it LOL- Last time I looked 80-90 percent was low A or high B territory - That is way above passing and in my book , that's damn good - Some of my guidies include Atkins eating guide which is the way I eat or I have had success with counting points with weight watchers if you like that - Remember, this is not a race , We all lose at different rates and different ways so choose and follow your method - WHEN NOT IF , YOU CAN DO IT , YOU ARE DOING IT , LOVE YOURSELF AND THAT WILL SPREAD TO OTHERS - I AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL AND NO SADNESS HERE - GO GREEN - MUCH SUCCESS TO YIU ALL
