昨天上午防彈咖啡
中午外食+亞麻仁油
晚上不餓不吃
沒想到這樣瘦的速度最快
原本想說今早的防彈咖啡也不要喝,因為不餓
但擔心基礎代謝及油量不夠
所以還是乖乖的喝了,喝咖啡對我來說
本來就是一個享受
