@gx9gig- My daily journal is not really a tracker. It is a formula of #lbs lost divided by # of days on Keto. It was given to me by FS-Keto member pbSulak . We kinda started out together . He is doing well and I noticed it while following his posts. I just pull my food log numbers---plug the keto days numbers and add my journal entry each day. Keeps me honest....accountable! Love keto ...feel free to copy and paste the format....(or any part of it).
