Well done! You are doing soooo much exercise, so it's no wonder you are losing the weight - I admire you for doing the exercise classes, cos I don't think I could do those, as I am so self-conscious and I'm too afraid that I'll get so out of breath and embarrass myself in front of everyone. Plus I've had a bit of bladder weakness since I had my children and find it difficult to exercise by running or jumping around a lot, so I just tend to stick to the x-trainer, rowing machine and exercise bikes at the gym and my dancing for good cardio exercise. Well done again - keep up the good work! :)
