Been following my diet, but can't seem to get back to 214. Even going to the gym more now that my hours at work have slacked off a bit. Just gonna keep doing what I'm doing for now, for a while. I'll give it another week but something's gotta change soon.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
