Its back to the 5:2 plan. Decided to keep tabs again on what I am eating as the scales are creeping very close to the 60s and I promised myself to stick below this. Unfortunately the hubby shot back up to his original weight of 99kgs :( I have no idea how as hes not been eating much more than myself. ( I chose to believe him, despite the science not in favor of this claim hehe) I love him and want him around in life for a long time yet to come, hopefully taking better care of my own diet will re-motivate him.
