Well I did pretty well yesterday stuck to my diet, with a few exceptions. One Brach's carmel in the afternoon then for dinner I order pasta with chicken and shrimp, but ordered the petite size. It was the perfect amount, I didn't feel stuffed afterwards. I did give in to temptation though and have a small chocolate cupcake (90 cal, 4.5g fat). But it was sure GOOD! No time for exercise today. I'll try for tomorrow!
