I've gained 0.5 pounds this week, due to the fact that I didn't follow the diet properly. I cut out the rubbish (sugary food etc) and I ate more fruit and veg, but I also ate carbs at dinner for 5 of the 7 evenings, so I failed miserably to stick to the diet.
I put this down to being ill prepared - I hadn't planned my menu ideas or thought about the amounts. This week, I've thought it through, amended the portion sizes and I've prepared my meals in advance, to put in the freezer.
On the positive side, my boyfriend lost 3.5 pounds this week by doing the same as me, so we must be doing something right.
