I've done it!!! I've dropped lower than my official weight ever recorded on FatSecret!!!
My lowest weight after losing 30kg was 104kg in April 2016.
Today my weight dropped to 103.9kg and I checked my weight 5 times to be sure!!! Lol! It's only 0.1kg lower than my previous lowest but I'm on the right track and I'm happy to finally see myself in the 103kg range :D
What's really amazing is that I have not been too strict. I have not been to the gym in the last 7 days and I am enjoying life and have not given up any of its sinful foods.
Never give up! I gained last week and got a massive drop this week. Stay motivated!!! Thanks to all of you on here who makes this journey so exciting :)
