I love Synergy kombucha :) The strawberry and mango flavors are sweet but low calorie and more satisfying than juice.
Basically, I've learned I only lose weight if I keep intake around 900 calories. This looks absurd, and people gasp in horror when I say that, but I feel really good and everyone also agrees that I look healthier now than I did when I started my diet. so I'm not that worried about lower than normal intake. If I was able to look good on 1200 to 1800 calories I'd have been under 25 BMI all through college, but as is when I eat 1200 + I end up 25 + BMI.
My friends point out maybe I really am that bad at counting calories, but if so, all the more important I keep it to 900 instead of 1200 XDDD. (And things like fatsecret make me think that I'm not bad at counting, it's really just that my metabolism is that slow...)
