Hi Yolanda - how long have you been banting? I am on day 3....are you able to see my progress on this site? Not sure if I am eating too much or too little....feeling bigger than my clothes today. 😕 Kind regards Wendy

Hi Wendy. I don't bant at all as I can't get myself to not have fruit and Carbs.
I try to minimize carbs some of the days. 2 weeks ago I did n heart foundation diet that also detox your body. I only did 5 of the 7 days and loss 2.4 kg. If you want you can send me your email address and I will forward it to you.
