I was looking forward to get out of the 113's and into the 112's this week but to my surprise I got a 1.5kg weight drop that got my weight to break into the 111's :D I am so happy with my results so far :)
My week was as follows :
Thurs - Non Fast Day(Ate over my RDI)
Fri - Non Fast Day(Ate over my RDI)
Sat - Fast Day (27 Calories)
Sun - Non Fast Day(Ate over my RDI)
Mon - Fast Day (30 Calories)
Tues - Non Fast Low Carb Day (56.27g Carbs and ate under my RDI - The high protein/fat lunch of 5 fried eggs and 3 russians kept me very full so I didn't exceed my RDI) + Gym
Wed - Fast Day(27 Calories) + Gym
Total weight loss from 1st official weigh-in to today is 16.8kg BUT this is not counting the weight loss I had to achieve after a weight gain which is an additional 4.4kg of weight loss :)
