well i restarted my weight loose i did what people suggested. i spent 3 days just enjoying what i use to eat. Didn't go crazy, but had Lucky charms cereal. sausage swiss egg sandwich. Cookies. Then went back on my new eating habits. i put on a few pounds during that time, but they came off cery quickly along with a few more. I'm back on track 165 is my goal by next spring.
