Made it through work mostly not showing my emotions. I cried when one lunch break and when walking my new path. I am still reeling but I have not made contact or written my letter. I'm trying to find my words honestly. I'm sad and angry.

It’s Kay that you are sad and angry, the letter writing will come as you begin to heal. Don’t push too hard, let things come naturally. Control the things you can and don’t worry about the things you can’t control.
