went for a 1.5h run this morning before work.
My knee is giving me a bit of trouble ATM but it's not bad.
TBH I am surprised that I have not sched more weight but then I am also enjoying my meals after 5:00pm following my OMAD Thought I have to admit that there's have been days where I went back to normal eating habits
