Celebrated a family member's birthday last night, ate a lot of good food. We had a Nothing Bundt Cakes cake for dessert, and it was one of the best cakes I've ever had! So soft and delicious and flavorful! It looked like it almost had too much frosting, but cream cheese frosting is not overly sweet. I will probably have another slice today, I'm willing to go over my calories for it, but I will try to fit it within my calories.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
