I had hoped for a slightly bigger loss, but then again I did eat a lot of salt yesterday. I'm not feeling well and a cup o' noodles was all I could muster up for supper. Its my birthday tomorrow! I don't anticipate going to far off my diet as I am just going to lunch with my parents and therefore should be able to make healthy choices. Wow...33 years old. Crazy!
P.S. 1st date with the fitness manager tonight..
128.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
