75 days Weigh in today, it's official. The trend is downward. Slow but hopefully motivating.
I went to the gym yesterday to get the feel for it. Friday night was quiet there, and the person at the front desk helped me get my app reorganized. I asked some questions and feel a little better, might get going on the classes or what not next week. Got some ideas about food, and I think that the 4-day prep plan worked well last time. Have to figure some days are just going to be stressful and eat what I need to keep on track.
