Started an entry to you this morning but hubby turned off the internet as we had a severe storm....blew through and then I got busy at work. My question this morning was....do you think if I carried around a laundry basket with 39 bottles of water in it, would I also lose a pound????? Great idea and also a great perk to boot! Glad to see the drop for you! And I agree with Nicole, the pic is darling!

Carry them around for awhile Gwen, then put them down and see how you feel. That is your body losing those 39 pounds. LOL You might have that sore back, legs, ankles, and arms though LOL.

LOL, WFN...I'm NOT certain I CAN even LIFT that much anymore...when I was in college I could lift and carry 100 lbs...but that was a LONG TIME ago...so we KNOW BB is in fairly good shape...she can pick up THAT basket!!!!! :)

Gwen, I started thinking about how the weight loss affected my knees last spring. I was almost at 60 pounds lost, when I was hefting 40 pound bags of compost. Was thinking dang I used to carry around more than on my body every day, no wonder my knees, back, and ankles complained every day.
