don't know why I've gone up 0.1kg... but I'm just going to say that's due to dehydration or something, because all I've eaten in the past three days is literally just the ceaser salad, so.. I'll just weigh myself again after school,, also I'm doing a 7 say fast now, and I'm almost 2 days in already
224.2 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

also, my fasts are drinking fasts and whatnot.. I'm not allowed to eat anything, but I can have any drink (granted it's not a smoothie or milkshake and such)
