I returned to the stricter logging and planned eating a week ago. I have lost 3.8 in the last week. The 11.4 that are left should not be a big issue. The pool where I have been doing water aerobics reopened after being down for 6 weeks to recondition. Since I have been back this week, I am doing 2.5 hours in the pool 3 times a week. Really feels good to get back to it! I'm thinking about trying the weight machines again since the shoulder isn't complaining right now. Just have to be careful not to aggravate the area where the bone spur is in the upper right bicep region. We've been taking advantage of the time off of aerobics to super clean, moving furniture and washing walls. PURGING all that "Stuff"! I have been lurking with the occasional comment, but I'm back for a while in earnest! Blessings on all of your life passages! Prayers for those who are struggling!
