I caught up watching Survivor while on the treadmill and actually stayed on for the whole 2 hour episode!
1hr 50min, 6.5 miles, 920 calories.
It's amazing how easy it can be when you are watching T.V. When I'm on the treadmill after work, I usually don't watch or listen to anything except the display and can't stand being on for long. I guess from now on I'll put something good on to watch while walking/running.....

I totally agree. I actually like my treadmill because I consider it my "relaxation time." I put on my favorite re-runs and completely zone out!

Me too! I've made it thru the Sopranos, 6 Feet Under, Sex and the City, and just finished Grey's Anatomy...all 40-11 of them :) It makes exercise something to look forward too!
