1822 kcal Fat: 67.37g | Prot: 68.45g | Carb: 253.03g.   Breakfast: almonds, blackberries, International Delight Irish Creme, Folger's single serve coffee, fat free milk, raw honey, steel cut oatmeal. Lunch: Country Time Lemonade, mustard, catsup, sandwich thin, hamburger, kettle cooked potato chips. Dinner: non fat plain yogurt, bell pepper, tomato, Mexican cheese, stewed chicken, whole wheat tortilla. Snacks/Other: dried apple, Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter,  Vanilla low fat frozen yogurt, Hershey's Dark Chocolate chips. more...
