Kinda confused but I’ll take it!!
200.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just confused because I weighed in 3 lbs heavier yesterday. Seems like a large swing for a day. I’m not complaining though!! 🙌

lol could be your scale needs new batteries. Don't know for sure though lol ..... I was having a few issues with mine it would give me 3 different readings each time I stepped on it so I went n bought batteries apparently that was the issue hopefully that's all it is lol

It could have been water weight loss. You usually weigh less in the morning because the water in you gets used up. If your dehydrated then you might have dropped extra water weight

Look at your macros & see what you did differently.
