Alright - down again! This morning I've cleaned out my freezer, my fridge, my pantry and my cabinets of all the things I don't need to eat. Some are getting tossed to the birds (like stale cereal), some things I'm giving to a college student, and some will go to the food pantry. Might as well start out right and not be tempted! Speaking of temptation, I resisted having an alcohol beverage again last night, though I was thinking just one glass of wine won't hurt (and I don't even like wine that much)....but, nope! 2 weeks of induction and NO alcohol :) Also this morning I'm going through my low-carb recipes and making a shopping list - and will shop later today. Now I'm craving some cream cheese clouds - those are SO yummy!
