Monday’s always show my excess of the weekend 😂 but in spite of my weekend indulgences I’m still getting there! Only 6 weeks till my grandsons christening I think I’ll get to my goal by then
139.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
