I LOVE exercise!!! Not because it is fun, I don't think it is, but because it WORKS!!! I splurged too much the past two days...in fact I cannot even tally my calorie intake from yesterday. We had our son's graduation party and other than a turkey burger I grazed on fat and sugar. The thing is my metabolism must have responded by kicking up a notch it said uh-oh extra calories to process we are on overtime boys! And the regular exercise is the reason for it. So tomorrow I amgoingto sign up for our local park district's fitness center so I can keep working out for the summer. God made us wonderfully and I feel wonderful!
