Those weighs have been staring at me all week. They are next to my TV so when I sit my lazy you know what on the couch and watch my shows, I can feel adequately guilty for them sitting there collecting dust. I am going to hit it hard Monday morning! I got my resistance bands out yesterday and played with those for a while so my muscles don’t forget that I still plan on kicking their butts!

I like the bands. They looked so stupid, until I tried them for the hip flexors. Just kill me now! Like yoga. Deceptively difficult.

Agreed NM. The bands do look silly but they can also be a nice addition to a work out. Sometimes I will pick them up after doing biceps/triceps and burn the last bit of strength out of my muscles. They are really good for that since they have that increasing resistance.

It's like that sometimes, Brent. I watched my workout video a couple of times before I actually did it. I thought, "Hmmm...I can do that." Kicked my butt (a NUMBER of times)! I'm there now. You can do it, Brent, buns up means fat down :D
