I fell off the weigh-in wagon through my most recent TOM, feeling discouraged by the bloat that tends to accompany it. As such, I'm pleasantly surprised by this little drop.
I've been trying to be more cognizant of non-scale victories (NSVs) as well, like getting in at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, or logging my intake precisely, and PRIOR to eating.
