Woo Hoo! Love to see that scale move DOWN! Today is my first day of "purees" or "mushies", but it seems like I've already been having that with the soupy mashed potatoes and hot cereal. Today I get to add scrambled egg and cottage cheese back into my diet - yippee! I'm excited for some variety!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Positivity is what is going to get me through! I'm sure I'll have enough down days in my journey, so I'm going to Whoop It Up for every little experience along the way! :) I walked today for a whole 30 minutes, too, so that was a big victory to get accomplished in the midst of my busy day! Thanks for the comments! They keep me going!
