Well, Thanksgiving is over and it shows. I'm up 2 pounds. However, in the grand scheme of things, that's not bad at all. If I take into account that I didn't track any calories for almost a week, I ate whatever I felt like (including gorging myself on desert and fast food,) I think I came out okay.
Now it's time to get back on track and start watching what I eat again. I've come to far to go back. I really need to get back to exercising, but I'm in the middle of a cold right now, which is making it a little difficult. I'll keep you posted!
